1. How can I obtain a UAE visa?
For nationalities requiring entry visas, processing requires approximately 7 working days, subject to the approval of immigration. The processing fee is non-refundable once submitted.

2. How do I get from Dubai Airport to the hotel?
Take the Airport Road, then Maktoum Street. Turn left onto Baniyas Street and the hotel is situated on your right.
You could also take the metro from the airport heading towards Jebal Ali. Get off at Union Station and we are just a 10 minute walk away.
3. How much does the breakfast buffet cost?
Breakfast: AED 130.00 per person.
Our breakfast will be served daily from 6.30 am until 10.30 am in our new relaxing restaurant, Hatta.
4. Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel after check out?
Of course it is possible to store your luggage after check out until you will leave the hotel.
5. Is it possible to check in before 3 pm or check out after 12 pm?
Upon request with our receptionist, generally with a fee. Please show understanding on days of high occupancy.

6. I haven't received a booking confirmation!
Please contact our reservation department at +971 4 207 1204 or per Email. Of course we will send you a booking confirmation immediately.
7. How can pay on guest behalf
Third Party Credit Card – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must contact the hotel's Reservations Department at least 7 business days prior to the guest's arrival. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card. Please note: this transaction is also subject to the hotel's credit manager's approval.
